Are you curious to get to know undiscovered sides of your (a)sexuality? Would you like a different pace in intimate encounters? Would you like to express sensuality and intimacy in a way that makes you feel more confident?

With the somatic (body-based) coaching method Sexological Bodywork, I support you in listening to and trusting your body. You can find out how I work on this page.

s Sessions

A session lasts 2-3 hours and includes your physical, emotional and social body. During the consultation, you name your needs and body perceptions. We then find the right method together. You explore your topic with voice, movement, breathing and (self-)touch.

I remain clothed. Touching is one-sided and always agreed in advance.

o Offer

My offer is for everyone aged 18 and over, regardless of gender, genital characteristics or (a)sexual orientation. In the sessions we work on pleasure, self-awareness and intimacy. Sexuality can be a topic, but it doesn't have to be. My attitude is critical of power, appreciative and trauma-informed.

Sexological Bodywork is not a therapy, but can complement therapy processes.

p Person

I am Mono (mono/er). Neuroqueer, white, non-binary, early 40's. I am a parent of two children, live with chronic illnesses and belong to the third generation of a family with a refugee biography (Eastern Europe). My parental home is non-academic.

In addition to the sessions, I question artistically and activistically power structures and discriminatory (body) norms.

b Barriers

For me, discrimination-sensitive practice involves breaking down as many barriers as possible. The sessions take place in different rooms. Some of them are less accessible than others (at ground level / accessible via steps).

I speak German, English and Dutch spoken language. On site, I ensure a quiet environment with few stimuli.

c Cost

A 20-minute preliminary consultation is free of charge. The choice of price is at your own discretion, I do not ask for proof.

Mini: 40€ / hour
Reduced: 70€ / hour
Regular: 100€ / hour

I have a fixed quota of solo sessions every month. We will find a way!
